The following conditions apply for all
bookings travelling over the school
leavers period:
- For minors - under 18 years of age
travelling without parents, a letter
will be required from their parents
accepting responsibility for any
damages.
- A credit card imprint will be
required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 will be required
upon check-in for all booking. Mode of
payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash. 
- Bookings will not be accepted where
all clients are under 18 years of age.
- All guests must sign a copy of the
house rules on arrival.

- 1 night cancellation fee will be
charged for bookings cancelled 24 hours

24DEC10-09JAN11:
- Cancellations within 7 days or
arrival or no shows may incur a maximum
of 2 nights cancellation fee.

10JAN10-31MAR11:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be
charged for bookings cancelled 24 hours
prior to travel or in the event of a no
